Honeywell’s Nanopower Series Magnetoresistive (MR) Sensor ICs are ultra-sensitive devices designed to accommodate a wide range of applications with large air gaps, small magnetic fields and low power requirements.
The sensor ICs respond to either a North or South pole applied in a direction parallel to the sensor.
They do not require the magnet polarity to be identified, simplifying installation and potentially reducing system cost. These sensor ICs use a very low average current consumption and a push-pull output which does not require a pull-up resistor.
The sensor ICs can operate from a supply voltage as low as 1.65 V, promoting energy efficiency. The Nanopower Series is available in two magnetic sensitivities to accommodate a variety of application needs:
• SM351LT: For applications requiring ultra high magnetic sensitivity (7 G typical operate, 11 G maximum operate) and a very low current draw (360 nA typical).
• SM353LT: For applications requiring very high magnetic sensitivity (14 G typical operate, 20 G maximum operate) and a very low current draw (310 nA typical). These Magnetoresistive Sensor ICs, Nanopower Series, are supplied in the subminiature SOT-23 surface mount package on tape and reel (3000 units per reel), for use in automated pick-and-place component installation

- The SS400 Series and SS500 Series are small and versatile digital Hall-effect devices that are operated by the magnetic field from a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, and
- are designed to respond to alternating North and South poles, or to a South pole only.

All airflow sensors operate on heat transfer - flow and differential pressure. Silicon chip design is created from thin-film, thermally isolated bridge structure, containing both heater and temperature sensing elements. This provides rapid response to the air or gas flow and amount and direction, delivering a proportional output voltage. AHT20 is equipped with a newly designed ASIC dedicated chip, an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensor element and a standard on-chip temperature sensor element. Its performance has been greatly improved or even exceeded the reliability level of the previous generation of sensors. A generation of temperature and humidity sensors have been improved to make their performance more stable in harsh environments.
Each sensor is calibrated and tested, and the product lot number is printed on the surface of the product. Due to improvements and miniaturization of the sensor, it is more cost-effective, and ultimately all deviceswill benefifit from cutting-edge energy-saving operation modes. The ABP2 Series are piezoresistive silicon pressure sensors that can measure pressure over the designated full scale pressure span and temperature range using either a digital or analogue output. Using an on-board application-specific integrated circuit, they are calibrated and temperature corrected for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and accuracy faults (which include non-linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis) (ASIC). Pressure and temperature calibration output data are refreshed every 200 Hz. Each product is created and assembled in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. The liquid media option allows for usage with non-corrosive liquids (such as water and salt) and in situations where condensation may occur. It also contains an extra gel covering to safeguard the electronics underneath port P1. Tube packaging is offered for the ABP2 Series.

Honeywell ABPDANN150PGAA5 Sensor are piezoresistive silicon pressure sensors offering a ratio metric analog or digital output for reading pressure over the specified full scale pressure span and temperature range. They are calibrated and temperature compensated for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects and accuracy errors (which include nonlinearity, repeatability and hysteresis) using an on-board Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC). Calibrated output values for pressure are updated at approximately 1 kHz for analog and 2 kHz for digital. All products are designed and manufactured according to ISO 9001 standards.
- Dry gases option: The input port is limited to non-corrosive, non-ionic media (e.g., dry air, gases) and should not be exposed to condensation. The gases are limited to media compatible with high temperature polyamide, silicone, alumina ceramic, silicon, gold, and glass.
- Liquid media option: Includes an additional silicone-based gel coating to protect the electronics under port P1, which enables use with non-corrosive liquids (e.g. water and

- Honeywell Zephyr™ HAF Series sensors provide a digital interface for reading airflow over specified full-scale flow and compensated temperature ranges.
- The thermally isolated heater and temperature sensing elements help these sensors provide a fast response to air or gas flow.
- Zephyr sensors are designed to measure mass flow of air and other non-corrosive gases. Standard flow ranges are 10 SLPM, 15 SLPM, 20 SLPM, 50 SLPM, 100 SLPM, 200 SLPM and 300 SLPM, with custom flow ranges available.
- The sensors are fully calibrated and temperature compensated with an onboard Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC).
