Product Details
Any electrical leak can be dangerous for your staff and production site. By using IVY Residual Current Device (RCD) you can protect both staff and equipment. Thanks to its zero-flux technology expertise, IVY developed a range of highly flexible Residual Current Monitor of Type B/B+ for measuring DC and AC residual currents up to 100kHz, with digital signal output(AC 30mA/DC 6mA).
MD0630T41A-1 sensor is a new, compact, horizontal type rcd current sensor with pins designed for use in e-mobility infrastructure and AC charging station designs to monitor leakage currents in mode two/three/four electric vehicle charging. MD0630T41A-1 RCD is dedicated to detect to Type A, B and B+ leakage current measurement. The sensor can issues an alarm signal when the DC component of the residual current reaches a preset value.

MD0630T01A-2 is an automotive grade smallest leakage current sensor designed for portable charger also called residual current monitoring (RCM), residual current detection (RCD), differential current sensor, leakage current detector and fault current sensor. Type A, B and B+, dedicated to detect to DC, AC and DC+AC leakage current measurement. The internal parts of the portable charger should be as small as possible, our new leakage detector is small and lightweight, which just meets this requirement. This residual current monitor will detect DC and AC residual currents in 50Hz/60Hz AC installations according to IEC62955. It's primarily intended for use in Electric Vehicle charging stations to disconnect the supply to the Electric Vehicle under a DC residual fault current condition. Charging of electric vehicles at a standard wall socket or a wall box requires protection devices against DC fault currents to avoid electric shock. Installed type A residual current circuit breakers (RCCBs) are unable to identify and deactivate DC fault currents. IVY differential current transformer offer the opportunity to save the cost and space for a costly type B RCCB in IC-CPD or wall boxes. MD0630STA-C is a leakage current sensor with the characteristics of high sensitivity, accurate measurement, small size, and integration. When a DC leakage current of 3~6mA or an AC leakage current of 15~30mA is detected, an alarm signal will be output. At the same time, it has a self-test function, which can be used to judge in real time whether the sensor is in a normal working state. If the sensor fails, the self-test output terminal will not be able to output a feedback signal.
